English : In IMS16C's memory map, internal Synchronous RAM(0~40000h,16kb) has higner priority than PCS area memory (Please refer to page 113, 114 of User manual) Although external SRAM or SDRAM is attached, internal Sysn RAM preoccupies the memory area. If internal Sync RAM is used along with PCS memory within the same address range (0~4000h,16kb), it conflicts to make wrong data. In case of this, PCS area memory should be placed above the internal Sync RAM area (0~4000h,16kb) i.e. When Internal Sync RAM is Enabled, PCS area range is (FFFFh~4000h, total 48Kbyte) Korean : IMS16C의 메모리 맵 사용은 최우선 순위가 인터널 싱크램입니다 (0~4000h, 16kb) (유저메뉴얼 113,114쪽 참고 바랍니다) 내부 메모리를 사용하면서 외부에 SRAM이나 SDRAM을 달았을 때도 내부 메모리 부분을 억세스하면 외부는 disable됩니다. 만약 내부 메모리를 사용하면서 PCS영역을 내부 메모리와 겹쳐지게 사용하면 정확한 데이터를 읽어 오지 못하게 됩니다. 그러므로 내부 메모리(16KB 영역)를 사용하면 PCS영역으로써 내부 메모리 영역 윗부분을 사용하면 됩니다. i.e. Internal Sync RAM Enable 시의 PCS 영역 = (FFFFh~4000h, 총 48Kbyte)                                         ⓒ2002 Copyright Infinior Microsystems.™ All Rights Reserved.
